Our menus are rooted in holistic health—think vibrant salads, comforting soups, hearty mains, and sweet, satisfying snacks—all made from scratch with your wellness in mind and inspired by a variety of global cuisines.

Yes! We’re experienced in working with a wide range of dietary needs and allergies, including gluten-free, dairy-free, low FODMAP, anti-inflammatory, and more. While we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen, we take extra precautions to avoid cross-contamination and prioritize your safety.

Absolutely. We send out our weekly menu every Wednesday, and you have until the end of the day on Friday to select your meals.
If you’d like something more personalized, we also offer Custom Personal Chef Services, with menus tailored to your unique tastes, preferences, and health goals.

Most items will stay fresh for 5–7 days when properly refrigerated. Salads are typically best enjoyed within 4–5 days, and many items can be frozen if needed. We package everything with freshness and convenience in mind, so your fridge is always stocked and ready to go.

Yes! Kids’ tastes are always evolving, and having a variety of flavors and textures to explore—without the extra cooking—is a great way to expand their palate. Our meals are designed to be both nourishing and approachable for the whole family. Many of our clients say their kids especially love the muffins and breakfast items. If you have specific preferences or requests, we’re happy to accommodate!
Delivery & Logistics

Delivery is free within Chicago city limits. For clients in the suburbs, there’s a delivery fee ranging from $25 to $50 depending on your distance from the city.

We currently serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether you're in our delivery zone, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to check for you!

Our delivery window is between 5:00–6:00 PM for Chicago and 7:00–8:00 PM for the suburbs. We’ll send you a courtesy text when we’re on our way. Please note that delivery times are flexible within these windows, as our schedule may shift slightly each week based on our clients’ needs. We aim to make the process as seamless and convenient as possible!

Nope! You don’t need to be home for delivery. As long as you’ve provided a safe, shaded, and designated drop-off spot, we’re happy to leave your meals for a contactless delivery. Just be sure to refrigerate items as soon as you return home to maintain freshness.

We kindly ask that you leave your empty jars and bags out at the time of your next delivery so we can collect and reuse them. It’s part of our effort to minimize waste and keep things sustainable!

All of our plans begin with a 4-week commitment. This helps us get into a rhythm with your preferences and ensures we can deliver the most consistent, nourishing experience. After the initial four weeks, you’ll have the flexibility to pause or skip service as needed.

Yes! With our Basic Weekly Meal Delivery, you have the flexibility to skip weeks as needed—just let us know by the weekly order cutoff.
For our Custom Personal Chef Services, you may skip up to 3 weeks every 6 months at no charge. To maintain your spot on our calendar and provide consistency for our chefs, any additional skipped weeks beyond that will incur a $150 fee.

For our Basic Weekly Meal Delivery, we send out a new menu and order form each week. This gives you full control over choosing what sounds best to you and selecting the right amount of food for your week. Because this service follows a fixed, chef-curated menu, we’re unable to offer refunds for meals you don’t prefer once your order has been submitted.
With our Custom Personal Chef Services, your menu is thoughtfully tailored to your personal tastes, dietary needs, and lifestyle. You’ll work closely with us to curate meals that feel just right for you, and we’re happy to adjust things week to week based on your feedback.
That said, no matter which service you choose, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s ever a concern about the quality of a dish or something doesn’t meet our usual standards, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to make it right—whether that’s a refund or a credit toward a future order. We want every meal to feel nourishing, thoughtful, and truly worth looking forward to.

Menus are sent out every Wednesday, and orders are due by end of day Friday for the following week’s delivery. This allows us enough time to thoughtfully plan, prep, and cook your meals with care and intention.
Customer Experience

Most meals are best reheated gently on the stovetop or in the oven to maintain optimal flavor and texture. While we don’t recommend using the microwave, if you do, please ensure the food is in a microwave-safe container and avoid heating any compostable or non-microwave-safe materials.
We suggest storing meals in the fridge and enjoying them within 5–7 days. Some items, like soups or muffins, can also be frozen for later. Each delivery includes simple reheating tips so you can enjoy everything as intended.
